Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001
CO.GE.MA. S.r.l. has adopted its own Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001, as a tool designed to prevent the commission of offences in the course of its business activities, promote a culture of legality, ethics, integrity and transparency, and strengthen its internal control system .
As part of its compliance system, the Company has also adopted the Code of Ethics and the Whistleblowing Procedure, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023, in order to provide an internal reporting channel for breaches of laws and regulations and to ensure the protection of reporting persons in compliance with the applicable legislation.
